Skyspan Fixed Roof Window: Harness Natural Light Efficiently
Bring the beauty of natural light into your home with the Skyspan Fixed Roof Window, designed to maximize natural lighting and ventilation, even in rooms far from exterior walls. This energy-efficient solution is perfect for reducing costs while enhancing your living space.
Advanced Glazing Options for Superior Performance
The Skyspan Fixed Roof Window offers two premium glazing options:
- Performance Laminated Glazing (PLG): This single-glazed safety laminate glass is engineered for impact resistance and features a PVB interlayer that blocks 99% of UV rays. Built to meet Australian Standard AS1288, the 12.38mm PLG offers durability and protection.
- Comfort Double Glazing (CDG): For enhanced energy performance and noise reduction, CDG includes an outer pane of toughened safety glass with a Low-E coating to optimize light transmission and minimize solar heat gain. An Argon gas-filled cavity boosts insulation, while the inner laminated pane adds extra safety. CDG also complies with Australian Standard AS1288.
Customizable Appearance
While clear glass is the standard, you can choose optional grey tint or white translucent finishes to suit your aesthetic needs.
Designed for Australian Conditions
Proudly Australian-made, the Skyspan Fixed Roof Window is built to handle the toughest Australian weather. Its one-piece flashing ensures total watertightness, and it can be installed at any roof pitch without the need for unattractive pitch adaptors.
Seamless Integration
Skyspan Fixed Roof Windows are compatible with all roof profiles. Crafted from durable Zincalume steel, aluminium, and pine, the window features a sleek, low-profile design that’s easy to install. The standard finish is mill-finish Zincalume, but you can opt for a color match to any standard Colorbond color for a perfect fit with your roof.
Ventilation and Customization
The Skyspan Fixed Roof Window comes as a non-ventilated unit by default but can be upgraded with passive ventilation. Additionally, the window is manufactured to meet Australian Standard AS4285 and is backed by a 7-year guarantee.
Custom sizes and configurations are available to meet your specific needs, ensuring the perfect solution for any space.
