The Skyspan Metal Access Hatchway system is a sturdy built access hatchway for safe access/egress to the roof space for numerous applications. It is ideal for both commercial and domestic applications.
The Skyspan Metal Access Hatchway is manufactured from Zincalume steel as standard for durability and has gas struts, lockable latches and a pull handle inside as standard. The hatchway comes with the option of powdercoating to complement the Colorbond range of colours. The Skyspan access hatchway can be supplied in a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel and copper.
The access hatchway comes with 3 models, the MH range which is a single skin lid economy hatch, the MHD which has a double skin insulated lid and the MHH which is a heavy duty range for large commercial applications.

MH Single Skin Hatch
Ideal for both commercial and domestic applications, the Skyspan MH is a sturdy built access hatchway for safe access/ egress to the roof space for numerous applications.
MHD Double Skin Hatch
Designed to insulate from the outside temperature and reduce noise penetration. The lid has a double zincalume steel skin for extra rigidity which incorporates an inner core of insulation foam.
MHH Heavy Duty Hatch
As the premium Skyspan hatch, the MHH is a heavy duty construction designed for larger openings. To insulate from the outside temps and reduce noise penetration, the MHH incorporates the same insulated double skin lid as the MHD and a reinforced double skin frame for extra strength.
The MHX is the range of oversize manual roof access hatchways with sizes up to 3000 x 5000mm.
The Electric Opening Metal Lid Roof Access Hatch is used to help assist the opening the hatch or when the hatch needs to be remotely opened.
